How it works
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to change your mind. If you do, we refund 50% of the total amount you paid for your order, or we send you a full replacement unit at no extra cost, at our choice.

Please note: we do not offer full refunds for change-of-mind returns. The refund is 50% of your order total.

How to start a return
1. Email support@tryavio.co within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number.
3. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and an address. Please don't send anything back before we reply, because items sent without instructions may not reach us.

Return conditions
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- If you're returning because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage.
- Shipping costs are not refunded unless the law requires it.
- Once we receive and check your return, we'll process your 50% refund to your original payment method, or send your replacement, within 14 days.

Faulty, damaged or lost orders
These are not change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives faulty, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Items we can't accept
Used items, items returned without their original packaging, and items damaged after delivery.
